The publisher, hosting provider and rules governing Deeply Curious.
1. Site publisher
The website deeply-curious.com, hereafter “the Site”, is an online publication devoted to documented stories about science, finance, politics, scams and extraordinary lives.
The Site is published by an individual on a non-professional basis. As of this version, it is not operated by a company or business, has no SIREN or SIRET registration number and generates no advertising or commercial revenue.
Anonymity of the non-professional publisher: under the rules applicable to non-professional online publishing in France, the publisher has chosen not to make personal identification details public. The information required to identify the publisher was supplied to the hosting provider when the contract was opened and may be provided to judicial authorities as required by law.
The publication director is the non-professional publisher of Deeply Curious. Editorial requests and corrections may be sent to contact@deeply-curious.com. For a formal right-of-reply request while the publisher remains anonymous, the request may also be sent to IONOS, which will forward it to the publisher; please identify the relevant URL and passage.

The Site is hosted by IONOS SARL, a French limited liability company with share capital of €100,000, registered with the Sarreguemines Trade and Companies Register under number B 431 303 775, SIRET 431 303 775 000 16.

3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site structure, visual identity, original writing, original illustrations, logos and editorial elements are protected by intellectual-property law. Any substantial reproduction or adaptation requires prior permission from the publisher, except for short quotations permitted by law and accompanied by the publication name, article title and a link to the original page.
Some images come from public collections, archives, image libraries or third-party contributors. Their author, licence and, where possible, source are identified in the article or caption. Third-party trademarks and works remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Content and liability
Deeply Curious endeavours to publish accurate, dated and sourced information. Despite these checks, an error or outdated information remains possible. The Method & Corrections page describes the reporting and correction process.
Content is provided for informational and editorial purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice. Readers remain responsible for their decisions and should consult a qualified professional when the stakes warrant it.
The Site may link to external resources. The publisher does not continuously control their availability, security or changes and cannot be held responsible for their content.
5. Advertising, affiliate links and partnerships
As of the date of this notice, the Site displays no advertising, contains no paid affiliate links and earns no revenue. If monetisation is enabled, advertising placements, affiliate links and commercial content will be identified so they cannot be confused with editorial material. 6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and use of trackers are described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. No non-essential advertising or audience-measurement tracker is currently enabled.
7. Applicable law
The Site and this notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, users are invited to seek an amicable solution without prejudice to the remedies available under law.
